By adverlisenient in this issue owners of ears and other motor vehicles will notice that they will have to pay a minimum charge of 2s 6d for each certificate issued in regard to brakes arid lights. Last year Gisborne was the only centre where these certificates were issued free. Imt it has been found that a good deal of service is required for the conscientious issue of these certificates. and furthermore a responsibility that is not to be treated lightly.
