Frank Ernest Parker, 19, motor mechanic, was , ordered to a Borstal institution for a period not exceeding two year.** on one charge ol robbing telephone boxes, and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon on others. The police stressed one aspect of these cases, and that was the serious situation that might arise in case of urgency if anyone wanted to use n telephone box and found it out of order.
