DAIRY PRODUCE MARKETS VALUES REMAIN FIRM Butter and cheese quotations remained firm at the closo of business in London last week, choicest New Zealand butter being quoted at 735. The week’s gain on New Zealand butter was 4s per cwt. Australian increased by a similar margin to 70s, while Danish improved by Bs, to 98s. Netv Zealand cheese went up by only Is per cwt. during the week. Messrs. Joseph Nathan and Company report to-day as follows: “Butter, 735. Cheese, white 445, colored 46s to 475. The markets are firm, but quiet.’’
