CHRISTMAS GATHERING DISTRIBUTION OF GIFTS (British Official Wireless.) Roc. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 27. A distribution of gifts from a giant Christinas tree in (he ball room at Sandringham was the central feature of the Royal Family’s Christmas festivities.
With the exception of the Princess Royal, all the children of the King and Queen spent. Christmas with their parents, and the third generation was represented by Princess Elizabeth, Princess Margaret, and Lady. Mary Cambridge, a daughter of the Marquis and Marchioness of Cambridge.
