BURMA CONSTITUTION DELEGATES TO CONFERENCE (British Official Wireless.) Rec. noon. RUGBY, Nov. 1. The invitation of the Secretary for State for India to join the delegation from Burma for consultation on the question of the future constitution of Burma has been accepted by 12 representative persons. They include seven Burmans, one European, one Anglo-Indian, two Indians, and one woman. They are exE acted to assemble in London early in ecember. Tho joint Select Committee on Indian constitutional reforms will cease to exist when the present session of Parliament, which created it, comes to an end. The committee probably will be reconstructed when the new session opens on November 21. It is anticipated that new delegates will then be associated with the conmv'ttcc, in the same way as Indians during recent months. The new delegates comprise advocates and opponents of separation from India.
