SAMUEL INSULL
GREEK COURT’S DECISION (Received Nov. 1, 3.45 p.m.) ATHENS, October 31. The court, decided that although Samuel Insull possibly violated the letter of the law lie was without fraudulent intentions, and further, that-Insull in using his good name as a persona! guarantee did everything to maintain the credit of his company. Moreover, after liis bankruptcy he remained in America. There was loud applause in court.
