ARGENTINE AGREEMENT (British Official Wireless.) Hoc. noon. RUGBY, Sept. 28. The newspapers generally express satisfaction at the conclusion of the. Angh^Argentina agreement, which was signed on Tuesday. Hopes are expressed that the mutual concessions granted in this agreement and the .original eorrventiou may result in a considerable exten sion of Anglo-Argentina trade.
