TELEVISION TESTS
THREE YEARS’ RESPITE (Received Sept. 29, 11 a,m.) LONDON, Sept. 28. The British Broadcasting Corporation is discontinuing the existing television agreement on March 31 next, after which television broadcasts probably will cease for three years, with the exception of special experimental transmissions.
