CANADIAN STATISTICS (Received Sept. 27. 7> p.m.) OTTAWA, Sept. 26. The Dominion Bureau of Statistics states that 246,000 Canadians have returned to work since last April. There were 12,000 less unemployed in August instead of the usual seasonal decline of 4000.
