CANADIAN RAILWAYS (Received April 19, 3 p.m.) OTTAWA, April tB. The Minister of Railways, Mr Mnnion, stated in the House of Commons on Tuesday that he. would insert a clause in tho Government’s Railway Bill prohibiting the amalgamation of the Canadian National and Canadian Pacific Railways.
