CONFERENCE OF BANKERS (Received April 19, 3 p.m.) WASHINGTON, April 18. The governors of 12 Federal Reserve Banks have been summoned by Mr. William Woodin to meet here to-morrow to discuss ways and means of stimulating tho exchange of currency and freeing money in closed banks.
