NO NEWS OF LANCASTER (Received April 17, 2 p.m.) LONDON, April 16. The Times’ Algiers correspondent says the authorities have advised all army and air force posts to maintain a lookout for Captain Lancaster, who received permission to fly across French territoi; He is insured against expenses incurred in a possible mishap. This permission was apparently lost at Barcelona, but the Oran authorities allowed him to proceed at his own risk. A sirocco prevailed after liis departure from Oran
