AUSTRALIAN BUTTER

INCREASE IN EXPORTS (Received April 17, 2 p.m.) CANBERRA, April 17. The .Minister of Commerce, Mr. Stewart, states that for tho period of July 1, 1932, to April 8, 1933, Australian exports of butter, totalling 3,647,745 boxes, were 650,000 boxes in excess of tho corresponding period of the previous year.

Shipments to tho United Kingdom to date show an increase of 23 per cent above the samo period last year.
