THE INDEPENDENT GROUP CO-OPERATION WITH MOSCOW (deceived April 37, 2 p.m.) LONDON, April 16. Under the presidency of Mr Fenner Brockwny, the Independent Labor Party conference at Derby, by 11 majority of four votes, resolved to approach the .Moscow Red Internationale and ascertain means whereby the party might co-operate to achieve a socialist revolution.
Opposing speakers pointed out that nothing hut complete domination could be expected from Moscow. Moreover, despite tremendous crises in Italy and Germany, the Communist Internationale had accomplished nothing. .
