PROPOSED PACIFIC FLIGHT (Received April 13, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, April 13. Mr. Charles. Ulin said he was not prepared to make a definite announcement regarding the proposed trans-Pacific flight until the monoplane he had purchased had been reconstructed and tested.
