GOVERNOR RESIGNS
FEDERAL RESERVE BOARD WASHINGTON, April 12. The New York Times’ Washington correspondent says that it is learned that Mr. Eugene Meyer about 10 days ago resigned membership and tho governorship of the Federal Reserve Board, which Mr. Roosevelt accepted with the understanding that Mr. Meyer is to retain office until his successor is determined.
