SEQUEL TO FATALITY
Manslaughter alleged (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last flight. An investigation into the circumstirrounding the death of Percy ,William Childs, carrier, of 5 Crosby terrace, who was found unconscious outside the Royal Tiger Hotel, in Abel Smith street, on October i?, Culminated on Saturday evening in the arrest of William Henry Boyce, a carpenter. When Boyce appeared before Mr. T. B. McNeil, S.M.; td-dap, charged with coriimitting manslaughter by unlawfully striking Childs, Sub-Inspector Ward asked for a remand until November 4, which was granted; bail being allowed.
