PROFESSIONAL FINAL SHAW TO MEET FORREST (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, last night. Tho fonrth and fifth rounds- of the amateur golf championship and the semi-finals of the professional championship were played at Shirley, today in brilliant sunshine, with a light cool breeze. Results were:— AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP —Fifth Round.— J. P. Mortland beat B. .T. Smith, jun., 1 up at the 19th. R. Wagg beat H. A. Black, 2 up and 1. A. D. S. Duncan beat <T. L. Black, 4 up and 2. S. C. Colbeck beat K Ross, 3 up and 2. PROFESSIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP —-Semi-Final. A. ,T. Shaw beat 11. R. Blair, 1 up. J. Forrest beat R. C. Butters, 5 and 4.
