GERMAN CREWS’ MUTINY
WAGE CUT PROTEST BOLSHEVIK INFLUENCES (Received Oct 23. 2 p.m.) BERLIN, Oct. 22 Under the incitement of Bolsheviks at Leningrad, the crews of 40 Gorman steamers there struck against tho wage 'cuts.' Diplomatic representatives stopped tiio “Reds’ ” interference with the crews, who returned to the ships, which wero ordered to quit port. Thirty-three have arrived at Holtenau, where 230 sailors wero arrested I' >r mutiny.
