“RED” SPIES ON TRIAL A RUMANIAN .COUP (Received April 8, LI a.m.j HLI CHAR MKT, April 7. A court-martial lias opened oil 05 alleged Soviet spies who were arrested in 'October. This is the largest rouml-up since the war. It is alleged that they offered Rumanian military secrets for £7o per document, to foreign military attaches during army manoeuvres. Many of those .arrested are foreigners, and members of (ire-war espionage organisat ions.
