ALARM IN DUSSELDORF LITTLE GIRL'S ESCAPE BERLIN, Feb. 8. Renewed alarm prevails at Dusseldorf owing to the reported re-appear-ance of the "Ripper." A woman residing in (ho neighborhood of the recent crime was going shopping, and she allowed her four-yenr-ohl girl to walk along the street ahead of her. When the mother reached the street, she saw the child hand in hand with n man walking in the direction of waste ground which was the scene of the last murders. She called out and the man ran and succeeded in mounting a passing Irani. The mother's description tallies with the police description of the "Ripper." '
