BRITAIN AND IRAQ
PROPOSED NEW TREATY (British Official Win-loss.) Hoc. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Nov. 13. in the House of Commons Mr. W. Lunn announced the intention of the Government to negotiate, a new treaty with the Government of Iraq, which should come into force when Iraq had been admitted to the League of Nations.
