Postmen in the department of Bouches-du-Rilione, Southern France, voted a new kind of strike m protest against the execution of Sacco and Vanzetti. On September 19, winch lias been declared a national holiday in honor of tire visiting American Legion delegates, they will strjke by working all day, holding forth thej customary, eight hours in the postal offices and the streets, even though there ir. no work. . ,
