Minor Unions' Footballers
The Bush Rugby Union, meeting in Fahiatua last night, passed a resolution that on the occasion of the annual North v. South Island fixture the New Zealand Union institute also an annual match between the minor unions of both islands as a curtainraiser to the l>ig fixture. It was complained that at prescut tho minor union players never got consideration for the North Island or .New Zealand teams, and a match as suggested would, serve to bring their players under the notice of the selectors—P.A.
