Alfred Hooper, who inherited £4OOO from the estate of his deceased uncle, with prospects of another legacy of £13,000 in a few months from the estate of his grandfather, the late Charles Greenwood, continues the customary delivery from n bather's cart at- Te Pa papa. Auckland. Asked what he would do with the money, he replied: “It will not make any difference to me. T shall just carry on with the job.” There are 11 claimants to the Greenwood legacy. If the new claims are substantiated Hooper’s share will be on! v £IOOO.—P.A.
