(Special to the. Herald.) WELLINGTON, this day,

Sir Robert Waley Cohen, managingdirector of the Shell Transport and Trading Company, and of the AngloSaxon Petroleum Company, arrived by the Mnkura yesterday. He will spend two weeks in the Dominion, and’ will inspect the works of the British Imperial Oil Company at Miramar. He is accompanied by Mr. E. E. Wagstaff, general manager of the company for Australasia.
