SYDNEY, Nov. 6. .Soaking rain over practically the whole State, including the Far Went area, has further enhanced the already good crop prospects. The stormy weather is interfering with telegraphic communication, messages being subject to heavy delay. Rain in the Western districts, the heaviest for some time, is causing concern, as it is interfering with agricultural and shearing- operations.

As the result of torrential rains, several washouts have occurred on country railways.
Although wheat farmers are _ anxious concerning their crops, the rains have greatly benefittod graziers and are heralded as being of immensa value to pastures, holding out prospects for a flourishing season. 1 „ BRISBANE, Nov. 6. Wheat growers are complaining of the excessive rainfall. Rust is evident among the crops in most districts and the untimely rain has aggravated the position. If it continues the prospect of a record harvest will be affected. All creeks and rivers are rising fast and floods arc expected.
