Lord Curzon has made representations to Poland,, Rumania, apd Jugo-Slavia, objecting to their purchase of French war material and ignoring their guarantee of payment of loans. French official circles state that Franco armed those .countries becauso >it is essential they should be able to withstand unprovoked aggression. J
