MAY YET VISIT SCOTLAND. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, Dec. 31. The Athletic News understands that the Scottish Rugby Union , protested against tours being arranged except under the auspices "of the International Board. It is stated the matter is now regulated, and therefore it will be possible that an arrangement will be reached to permit the New Zealanders visiting Scotland.
