(Received Julv 11, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 10. Lieut.-Col. Sir. R. A. Sanders, in the House of Commons, said the Government had notifiod the Dominions, other than Canada, that if tho question of removing restrictions on the importation of cattle "is raised at the Imperial Conference and a mutually satisfactory arrangement is reached, legislation will bo introduced to give it effect. The subject had been placed on the agenda paper for discussion.
