FRANCE AND BRITAIN.
DIFFERENCES POLITICAL.
MR. BALDWIN'S STATEMENT.
IKlec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn Australian ami NZ. cable Association
(Received Julv 11. 1-30 p.m.) LONDON, July 10. Well-informed circles understand that the statement which Mr. Baldwin, the Prime Minister, will make in tho House of Commons will leave the door open wide for France to range herself on the British side. It is emphasised the only difference between the two countries is purely political, and limited to the Ruhr question.
