LOSS OF RUDDER. (Per Press Association.l AUCKLAND, this day. The scow Altair is ashore at Orewn. Beach through the loss of her rudder. There is a fair surf, running on the beach. The; vessel is well ashore. Sin- is owned by Wilson's Portland Cement Company.
