SOVIETS IN SEVEN IRISH FACTORIES.
LONDON, May 15—Parties of workmen have sei/iaVthe 1 factories of Messrs. Cleeves, condensed milk makers, in seven Southern Irish towns. The trouble started on Saturday mornuig, following the failure of negotiations concerning wages. At Carrick-on-Suir the men took possession of'tho'factory, and appointed tho local secretary of tho Transport Workers' Union as manager of the establishment. Workers have also taken over control of Messrs. Cleeves' branches at Tipperary, Bansha, Clonmel (Co. Tipperary), . Kilmallock and Knocklong (Co. Limerick), and Mallow (Co. Cork). A Red flag was flying yesterday over each of the seized buildings.
