The special correspondent of the Morning Post states that the Soviet Government i.s hurriedly despatching troops to Bokhara and Turkestan, where Enver Pasha's anti-Bolshevik risings in gaining ground. All tho railways in tho Volga district are being utilised exclusively for the conveyance of troops.
