Tremendous snowstorms are raging in Jugo-Slavia country. Near the Albanian frontier the ground is covered to a depth of several feet. A train carrying 160 passengers is buried near Ragtisa. Troops are endeavoring to suceoitr the starving passengers. Wolves invaded Serajevo during the night, hut as whole villages are buried in snow there is the greatest difficulty in sending. relief.
