WRANGEL'S ARMY MOVING.
(Received Sept. 11, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 10. General Wrangel, in] a statement to a Russian newspaper, said that in view of the change in. the attitude of the Allied Powers and the victory of tho Polos, ho must concentrate- -his forces north of the province of Taurida, to enable them to act in the direct : on of tfie west. "In consequence of this," Wrapgel said, "we .•■re. evacuating Kuban region, where our troops have far from suffered defeat. They have beaten two Red divisions, captured 9000 prisoners aud eight guns, and • increased our effective forces J^vo, and a-half times."— A. and N.Z.O.A.
