CLEMENCEAU'S INSTRUCTIONS TO DIPLOMAT.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) (Received April 8, 9.10 a.m.) PARIS, April 7. It is officially stated that when M. Clemenceau assumed office conversations were going on with Switzerland. M. Clemenceau did not interfere, but instructed M. Armauel to listen and say nothing.
