CZERNIN'S HYPOCRISY EXPOSED.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) (Received April 8, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 7. N Lord Robert Cecil, replying to Count Czernin's speech, said : ''Czernin reflects Prussian ideals and policy. He claims-, with great audacity, that the Central Powers' peace ideals are based. on selfdeterminations, no annexations or indemnities. All these claims arc hypocritical. In the annexed territories the only people considered Mere the German [Barons. No attempt was made to consider the people, who were treated as more counters without referenoo to racial conditions. Instead! of no indemnities Rumuuia was forced to give an oil monopoly, while all the food has been seized m Ukraine.
