The ■ debate on the Address-in-Reply on Mr Brace's amendment, drawing at tention to the increase m the <n umber ot accidents m mines and -railways, led to the Government's emphasising Mr McKenna's promise to introduce a Bill based on the experience in' the Cader colliery disaster and Mr Roberston's promising an inquiry into railway employment and the Prevention of Accidents Act.
