Later Don Arguello insults the American flag, which. Falconbridge has given tourma. Tho- soldier gives tho Mexican a sound .trouncing, qii.d has .just completed this to •"■ his . satisfaction when a detachment of Mexican soldiers arrive. Falconbridge escapes their vengeance by leaping through a window. Irma, who is waiting the outcome of the fight m the garden, decides to fly over the border wtih the American. Close to the frontier they arc forced to take refuge m an abode and stand off the pursuing Alexicans. It would have goiie hard with them, but the boys of Falconbridge's command, hearing the firing, dash over the border and effect a daring rescue. The picturo is a thrill from start to finish, and serves to show the lawless state of Mexico at the present time, when might is right and anarchy is rampant. The pretty Edison comedydrama, ."Her Iloyal Highness," which 1 ) shows how a httle princess, runs away from . her artificial surroundings, was well received. The Selig players appeared iii two fine dramas, "The Ones who Suffer" and "The Price of Art," both of which told a sane story m an . interesting way. A coupie of beautiful scenics/ "In Western .Africa'? and .'Volendame," called up exclamations of admiration,- while the "Warwick Chronicle" and the-.. "N.Z. Animated News" treated .the ahdiehce to a number of topical snap-shots of interesting happenings at Home and, m. 'oiir own land. This nicely-varied series is worth going a. long way to see. It will be repeated to-night. .....
