Ihe "Cricket Night" to be held at His Majesty s Theatre tb-morrow (Friday) ijigot promises to be a, great success?, J^nd it is anticipated that a substantial sum; will be/ at the disposal of the Cricket Association . to prepare the ground for the visit of the Australian cjrickelers. _.hu first portion of the programme will consist of a special selection of pictures by the Pathe Proprietary, and includes the latest topical gazettes and the splendid film "The FataL Dance. featuring Miss Asta Nielson, -the famous Kinema actress. The second portion of the- programme com r prises items by the members of the Operatic Society from "Les Cloches do Corneville. ? ' Mr Frank Teat will sing the waltz song "Ah Fairest Maiden!", My Stuart Nelson "That Night I'll Ne'er Forget," .while Miss Esse Jacobs ' will lead the chpru-j for the famous hiringfair scene. The triple chorus is one of the gems of the opera, • and all the "Les Cloche^" items, will" -be- rendered • vrith orchestral, accompaniment ffom ,a full orchestra: wilder the baton of MiMainland Foster. In addition to thesfe items several artists new to (jrisboriie will appear. Mr Phil.
