UNREST IN BUILDING TRADES. BOYCOTTING MELBOURNE HARBOR TRUST. {Press Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright.) (Received Jan. 29. 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, January 29. An injunction recently granted by the Chief Justice, restraining the operation of the builders' laborers' Federal award, which raised the wages to eleven shillings per day, is causing unrest, which has now been intensified by the action on the part of some of the,master builders m declining to continue paying the new rates. The secretary of the Builders' Laborers' Union states the Union will not countenance any reduction of wages or alterations of the conditions laid down m the Federal awardt A special meeting of the executive has been empowered to call a stopwork meeting for Saturday if necessary, to hear the report of the representative deputed to interview the employers.

Owing to the decision of the iron trades unions that no work would be done for the Harbor Trust, "twelve employees of Forman and Co., contractors for Trust repairs, have declined to contihue work. *
