The Herald considers that the Dominions Trade Commission has gathered much valuable information. If tho entire report, is on the same efficient lines as the extracts (says the Herald) the documents must be treated seriously by the authorities. Had the Commissioners been m close touch with internal affairs for years they could not have described more faithfully the phenomena m the industrial and commercial life.
