MELBOURNE, June 17. The Rev. Ronald recently commenced m action m the Supreme Court against Robert Harper, for £1000 damages, on the ground that Harper, m an action m 1900, obtained a verdict by fraud. This action, on Harper's application, was set aside on the ground that it was frivolous and vexatious. Ronald appealed against this decision. The State Full Court dismissed the appeal with costs.
