JEWISH PASSPORT TROUBLE.

ST. PETERSBURG, Feb. 29. A mass meeting under the auspices of the Nationalist Party was held to protest against the .attitude of the United States towards Russia voyer the Jewish passport question, and" to denounce the Russo-American treaty. Fifty members of the Duma were' present. A resolution urging the total exclusion of American Jews and another advocating tariff reprisals were adopted by the meeting.
