MR ASQUITH'S CHALLENGE.
LONDON, February 23. The Unionists have accepted the challenge of Mr Asquith to prove that the Government had been guilty of corruption m the matter of the appointment of public officials. Mr Bonar Law, leader of the Opposition, will move a vote of censure, the debate on which will take place at the close of that on the Address-in-jßeply. Meanwhile the Premier is having prepared a return showing all the appointments made during his term of office.
