PETROLEUM DISCOVERY.
Grkymoutii, to-day. At Deep Creek, Ivotuku, on the Midland railway line, two men have found five springs of petroleum. They have obtained protection over four acres of land. Samples are being sent to Mr Skey at Wellington.
