1 MOTION TO VMND UP BEING MOVED FOR IN AUCKLAND. Auckland, to-day. Acting on instructions from Henry Goulatone, a creditor, Messrs Devore and Cooper have given notice to move under the Companies Act, 1882, and its amendments, on the petition of a creditor, thafe the Loan and Mercantile be wound up under section 270. This section provides machinery for winding up companies registered in Great Britain.
