Advantage will bo taken of the Federal Convention to hold a meeting of tho whole of the \ustralian Premiers. This is tho first time such an event has occurred. Matters of importance to the several colonies will be considered, including the modes of correspondence between the colonies, relations of the Agents-General to the colonies, Civil Service regulations, and relation of the colonies to the Imperial Institute.
