ALL THAT piece of Ground being a portion of Allotment No. 373, Township of Gisborne, bounded on the East and North by a Public Road known afl Read's Quay, for a distance of 273 link a and 47 links ; on the West by other portions of the said Allotment for a distance of 282 links ; on the South by the Gladstone Road for a distance of 48 links, and containing by admeasurement 18 perches, together with the Buildings erected thereon known as the Masonic Buildings. This Property is held under the Land Transfer Act, and is sold subject to all Tenancies existing m the same. LOT TWO. ALL THAT piece of Land being a portion of Allotment No. 30 on the registered plan of the Mendlesham Township, bounded on the North by private property for a distance of 1740 links ; on the West by a Public Road for a distance of 300 links ; on the South by the middle Road for a distance of 1719 links ; and on the East by other portion of the said Allotment for a distance of 600 links, and containing by admeasurement 8 acres 2 roods and 15 perches more or less. ALL THAT Freehold Property known as the the Rahui Block, containing by admeasurement 9 acres more or lesß, being the piece sold to F. G. Skipworth by the Native Grantees and since assignedto the late G. E. Read, deceased ; Free-hold Title, together with all improvements, subject to a lease to Serjant Bros, about 6 years to run at rental of £24 LOT FIFTEEN. ALL THAT the Leasehold Interest of the Trustees of the Will of the said G. E. Read, deceased, m the Karaua Block of 300 acres more or less, leased by Rhodes to the said G. E. Read, deceased, at a rental of £75 per annum, payable half-yearly for the term of 7 years, computed from the 7th day of July, 1875. The land is well fenced and carries a large quantity of stock. LOT SIXTEEN. ALL THAT the Leasehold Interest of the said G. E. Read, deceased, of and m the Puketapu Block, m the District of Poverty Bay, containing by admeasurement 127 acres more or less, acquired under and by virtue of a Lease from the Native Grantees thereof, dated the 15th day of October, 1873, for the term of 10 years, from the 14th day of October 1873, at the yearly rental of 5s per acre, payable half-yearly. Also all the benefit, claim, and demand, of the said late G. E. Read, deceased, his executors, administrators, or assigns, under a Deed of Mortgage, dated the 18th day of June 1875, over the said Block of land signed by the Grantees thereof, and expressed to be made between Hapi Kiniha, and others, of the one part, and the said G. E. Read, deceased, of the other part, to secure the sum of £30 and interest. The land is partially fenced and well grassed. LOT SEVENTEEN. ALL THAT theLeasehold Interestof the late G. E. Read, deceased, m and to the Rua-o-Hinetu Block, Poverty | Bay District, containing by admeasureI ment 317 acres, acquired under and by virtue of a Lease from 5 of the Grantees of the said Block of 158 acres more or less for theterm of 10 years, from the 2nd of October, 1873, at the rental of £12 per annum. The balance of this Block being leased from the remaining grantees and occupied by Mr. Duncan Fraser. The land is partially fenced, and well grassed. LOT EIGHTEEN. ALL THAT the Freehold and Leasehold Undivided Estate, Share, and Interest of the late G. E. Read, deceased, of and m all that the Block of Land known as the Ngawaierua Block m the District of Poverty Bay, containing by estimation 29 acres 3 roods and 24 perches.
